Apeeling is one of the earliest dahlias to bloom, and its stunning appearance never fails to excite us, setting the tone for the rest of the dahlia garden.

Questionable plants are immediately culled. Cutting snips in 10% bleach solution for 10 minutes between harvesting flowers, between plants, and between division of one tuber clump to another. 10% virus testing AQL sampling plan for all Dahlia tubers over $25. Preventative insect management via soil health, companion planting, attraction of benificial insects and birds, and plant BRIX number management.
