How you become a VIP

If you placed a fulfilled order with us in the prior year, you're automatically a VIP for the current year. There's no sign-up, no application, and no limit on how many spots are available — if you ordered from us, you're in.

How presale access works

VIP presale runs across 6 days, immediately before our annual public sale opens on January 7th. We split up our VIP’s over 6 days minimizing the number of shoppers each day giving you time to shop and better insight into availability of each variety. Your presale day is based on how early you originally joined the VIP list — customers who've been with us longest, and who ordered earliest, get access first. As long-time VIPs continue ordering each year, they keep their place; the list only shifts as spots open up.

When you'll hear from us

We'll email every VIP their specific presale date by October 31st, so you have plenty of time to plan. You'll also get a reminder email one week before your presale day begins.

Staying a VIP

To remain a VIP, simply place an order with us each year. If life gets in the way and you're not able to order in a given year, your VIP status will roll off the list — but you're always welcome back. If you know in advance that you'll miss a year and would like to keep your spot, reach out to us before that year's presale begins and we'll do our best to accommodate a grace year.

Not currently a VIP?

Any fulfilled order you place this year — whether it's your first time ordering from us or you're returning after time away — automatically makes you a VIP for next year's presale. No separate sign-up required.
